Refillable Carbon Filter Box For P2S & X2D
Designed with a sliding lid and a fingernail slot for easy opening, and now updated with a bottom recess for easier removal when installed, also using your fingernails.

This filter box is optimized to hold the maximum amount of activated carbon, effectively reducing odors and harmful fumes when 3D printing.

• Print in ABS, PETG or other higher temp. filaments.
• Use acid-free activated carbon.
• Box capacity is 205g of activated carbon 4mm pellets. Refill after 2,500 hrs, or if it starts to smell of plastics.

If you are not using the provided print profile then set your slicer to:

• 0 (Zero) top & bottom layers
• Choose your infill (eg, Triangle, Honeycomb) and density.  photo is set to 38% Triangles.
• Unchecked infill combination, and optional only 1 wall on top surface.

 

Update 2026-03-27: Increased thicknesses, and added ribs to further strengthen the side walls and support lid.
