Description
🏔 Modular Ski Strap
A 3D-printable ski strap concept — designed around Titan Straps, M3 hardware, and standard heat-set inserts. Built to handle cold, abuse, and all while being easily repairable.
Print it, bolt it, strap it — and you’re ready to roll.
Two versions included:
1-Piece Version: No hardware required — just print and add your Titan Strap
Multi-Piece Version: Uses M3 hardware and heat-set inserts for a stronger, serviceable assembly
Designed for Titan Straps (14”)
Current pole diameters supported:
0.62" (≈15.7 mm)
0.70" (≈17.8 mm)
Modular for custom pole or ski sizes
Designed for cold environments and high-impact use

Material: PCTG (tested) — or any filament that can stand up to cold and impact (PETG, ASA, or nylon recommended)

Printer: Any decent FDM printer with solid layer adhesion
Installing the Titan Strap is the trickiest step — make sure:
The buckle rests on the flat portion of the ski
The label faces outward when wrapped
Heat-set inserts are fully seated and aligned before tightening screws
Tighten evenly and check for smooth closure. That’s it — you're ready to hit the snow.
