Description

Anderson Powerpole Panel Mount – Rear Insertion with Backer / Template
This custom-designed panel mount provides a secure and professional installation solution for standard Anderson Powerpole connectors. Designed for front panel mount with rear insertion of the Powerpole, it allows the connector body to slide in cleanly from the back side of the panel for a flush front appearance. The mount can be secured using adhesive or a roll pin for added mechanical stability.

Included is a matching backer plate and cut template to ensure precise alignment and mounting in your enclosure or project panel. Ideal for amateur radio go kits, power distribution boxes, and DC panel installs.

Features:

  • Supports standard Anderson Powerpole connectors
  • Rear-load design for clean front-facing installation
  • Option to secure with glue or a 3/32-inch (0.09375") roll pin for robust mechanical retention.
  • Includes backer plate and cutout template for accurate installation
  • Recommended print in PETG or PLA-CF.

In addition, this version includes an experimental cross hole geometry at the top of the mount. Even at high-speed print settings (tested at 400 mm³/s), the geometry yields a nearly round unsupported hole, enabling rapid prototyping without supports while maintaining dimensional consistency.
