The KAIZEN CUBE extends my fully 3D-printable Kaizen Pegboard Modular System. It adapts the SKÅDIS-compatible hole pattern into a functional, 360-degree rotating format.

The CUBE’s structure automatically creates a convenient central storage compartment for dropping in loose items. Future iterations will introduce more advanced internal features and dedicated organizational accessories.

Built on the core KAIZEN principle of continuous improvement, this project solves the problem of cluttered desktops by providing four sides of dynamic, compact organization.

⚠️ Important Note

The KAIZEN CUBE is an accessory kit only. The four 160x160 mm Kaizen Pegboard Panels and the necessary 16 fasteners required to complete the cube structure are NOT included with this project. These must be downloaded separately from the original KAIZEN MODULAR SYSTEM project HERE.

• FRAME (for 160x160 mm Panels) x1: Core structure holding the four panels and connecting to the rotating base.
• ROTATING WHEEL x1: Load-bearing component for smooth 360-degree rotation.
• CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS x6: Simple, printed cylinders that act as low-friction rollers, ensuring easy and smooth rotation.
• ASSEMBLY SCREW x1: 3D-printed screw for securing the rotating base and the frame together.
• ASSEMBLY KEY x1: 3D-printed tool required for tightening screws.

Material & Print Recommendations

Pro Tip: For the smoothest rotation, apply a small amount of lubricant or wax to each bearing before assembly.
