This model is a festive, customizable Christmas tag or keychain featuring a wood-grain style base and a removable inner plate for fast printing and easy colour changes.

The design comes with:
- Main Tag Body (wood-grain effect)
- Inner Insert Window (Gnome / Snowflake / Deer Scene / Joy)
- Blank Name Plate (separate part for users to add their own text)
- Keychain hole at the top for hook/ring attachment
The name plate is provided blank, allowing users to add their own name or text in any slicer.
Personalisation Notes
- Recommended character limits:
- 6–8 letters when printing text with a 0.4mm nozzle
- Up to ~12 letters with a 0.2mm nozzle
- For best sharpness and clean edges:
Use a 0.2mm nozzle for the name text.
Printing Recommendations
Suggested Nozzles
- 0.2 mm nozzle → best for crisp text on the nameplate, highly recommended
- 0.4 mm nozzle → good for main body (faster)
Filament Suggestions
- Base / Frame: Wood-grain PLA, matte PLA, or light brown PLA
- Insert: White matte PLA, festive colours (red, green)
- Nameplate: White PLA / contrasting colour for text visibility
🛠️ Assembly Instructions
- Print the main tag body flat.
- Print the insert and name plate separately in your chosen colours.
- Add your text to the name plate (via your slicer’s text tool).
- Apply a small amount of CA glue or a thin adhesive layer to the back of the insert.
- Press the insert into the main body’s inner window.
- Glue the name plate into the lower slot.
- Attach your preferred keychain ring or hook.
Everything is designed for easy colour swapping and fast printing.
