Hogwarts Railways Train hogwarts express

Here i am to share with you a model i made for friends to decor their Hogwarts Express train for a winter trail. I own an X1C so with 1 AMS so the model was cut in many pieces to fit on the plate size and on the possibility of my multicolour printer.

The Crest has six colours and I was able to print it with 1 AMS swapping the colour after the first one finished on the layer and then put it back again..  (the order of printing is <<Black,Gold,Red,Grey,Cyan,Green>>  so you have to swap Red for Cyan and Grey for Green. I Recommend to keep this setting if you don t want to start guessing what is the right purge amount.

The Crest Contour has set a X-Y Contour Compensation because there was no tolerance added at first. I Chose 0.1  for a tight fit then glued it

How i glued everything together. 

If you don t mind not seeing the back of the sign you can just put some glue on a piece of cardboard and slot piece from the front. I chose the other way, the difficult one. I chose to use the spray activator on the plastic before to dip the glue in between the little bits to avoid the glue pass though the gaps making mess on the other side.

I added a Raw File for the golden frame uncut, in case you want to cut in a different way
