12-03-25 Update: I had a request to make a version of the sword with a hole included in the blade to slot a ½" (1.27cm) wooden dowel inside for strength at conventions so those should be in the files section.

24-02-2024: I didn't know I needed to have pictures of my models already printed, and because I don't really print my own files (with exceptions of course) I'm using the picture from @goldsword245_1306548's make over on Printables. This is one I will be printing somewhat soon (probably) so I should have my own picture on this one. Hopefully this works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mihawk's legendary sword Yoru from the One Piece manga and anime. This massive sword is over Mihawk's head when sheathed with Mihawk himself standing at 198 cm (78 inches or 6'6") so this model was scaled to be 213 cm (84" or 7') when fully assembled. If you want it to be closer to 244cm (96" or 8') or 274 cm (108" or 9'), like it very likely could be in the anime/manga, I'd recommend scaling parts up from 100% to 114.29% or 128.57%, respectively.

This model has NOT yet been tested so if you notice anything buggy (not the clown) post it in the comments and I can see if I can fix it or at the very least a comment will help others avoid the same mistakes.

I've put dovetails on all the pieces to assist with assembly and structural integrity so you're not trying to hold flat pieces together while fixing them together at weak layer lines.

I cut everything to be able to print on an Ender 3 vertically with a bit of room to spare, but if you have a larger bed I recommend orienting the blade parts flat on the bed for more structure so the sword's weight isn't wholly reliant on layer line adhesion.
