Description

24-02-2024: I added a picture with all of the printed pieces on the build plate as well as one of the previous state of the sword (current pics will be going to Printables) that's filament-welded very roughly but stuck together.

I primarily wanted to make a khopesh because the new God of War: Ragnarok “Valhalla” DLC included a khopesh (attempting to avoid spoilers), and I mostly just wanted to make the creation of said khopesh even easier in case someone wants to remix a model instead of ripping one from the game proper or making it from scratch.

Altogether this should end up being around 63cm (~25in) which is on the longer side for a historical khopesh. I think that if you want it to be to scale to the ones in the Valhalla DLC, this file should be scaled up to 257.94% so that it measures 162.5cm (~64in). This math is not fact, it's just what I've guesstimated based on a ruler held up to my computer screen, but it's about as close as I think I can manage without getting official measurements from the devs.

All of the pieces should fit onto a Prusa Mini/ Ender 2 because the largest parts are 150mm from end to end. All the blade pieces use a dovetail with, I think, a .1mm clearance worked in so the tolerances could be a little tight.

As seems to be tradition with my models, these haven't been printed yet, but they did slice correctly in both Cura and PrusaSlicer so they shouldn't give you any issues.
