Description

I seriously just wanted to make a cool looking sword that was pointed out to me in the Fortnite loading screen named “The Ageless Champion,” and I remembered it from Transformers: The Last Knight. It looks cool. That is all.

This is supposed to be 48-76cm (18.9-29.9in) historically, and when using the handle named “short” it ends up being roughly 75.5 cm (29.7in) at 100% scale. If you want the 48cm option, scale the blade and handle models to 63.58%. The swords were typically one-handed swords, but I wanted to have a hand-and-a-half option and a two-hand option because it's a long blade and that might look cool. With the medium handle option, the full thing will roughly be 83.5cm (32.9in), and with the long handle option, the full thing will be roughly 87cm (34.3in).

All of the pieces should fit onto a Prusa Mini/ Ender 2 because the largest parts are 160mm from end to end. All the blade pieces use a dovetail with, I think, a .1mm clearance worked in so the tolerances could be a little tight.

As is tradition with my models, these haven't been printed yet, but they did slice correctly in both Cura and PrusaSlicer so they shouldn't give you any issues. I think printing the blade pieces flat-side-down is the quickest and probably best way for adhesion and integrity, but the handle will probably be best printed vertically.

I'm not gonna lie, the renders aren't exactly pretty, but I did go make them myself so maybe that cancels it out. I also added the render from the Sketchfab model because it looks great.
