Poop chute door - Frameless & Counterweighted

Frameless poop chute door with counterweights so that the poop never gets wedged against door frame or gets stuck on sticky door not always opening properly as well as hanging straight vertical and not at a slope which normally happens when door axle isn't aligning with center of gravity which would then add to risk of not swinging open properly. Covers about 3/4 of the opening. Alternative lengths available. Let me know if you want other length uploaded. The two reasons I want this shorter door is if using low flush multiplier, the chance that the purge gets stuck on the door doesn't go up and and at the same time allow for good airflow for higher chamber fan speeds. The door swings very easily, even from the vibrations of the printer. This is due to 3 reasons; the very low weight because of its thin blade of only 0.4mm (+ reinforcements) and from the very low layer height of only 0.1mm to make the hinge surfaces as smooth as possible and thirdly the angle of the axle surfaces.

 

Helps keeps the temp more efficiently as well as keeping the fumes and particles inside the enclosure.

 

Fits securely without any glue. Could be secured with a very small dot of hot glue or a small piece of double-sided tape on one side of the door holder.

 

Printed in Bambu PETG Transparent for the door and PLA Silver for the frame.
