Description
Black Bar Glasses are a playful, foldable, and surprisingly durable wearable inspired by the iconic “censorship bar.”
They’re designed as a fun prop for photos, costumes, jokes, or simply catching attention in public.
The glasses print quickly, use very little filament, and assemble easily thanks to the snap-fit hinge system.
A second variant with view holes is also available for those who want to be able to move around safely while wearing them.
The model prints in three main components:
The arms simply click onto the hinge mounts. Once attached, they stay secure and won’t fall off.
This version delivers the most iconic and clean “censorship bar” look.
It’s ideal for photoshoots, costumes, humor props, or any situation where appearance matters most.
A functional alternative with discreet holes that let you slightly see your surroundings.
It still keeps the silhouette, but if someone stands close, the holes will be visible—so it’s less visually perfect.
Best use:
If you plan to walk or move around while wearing the glasses, this is the safer and more practical choice.
Visibility is limited, but enough to sense what’s in front of you.
Vision is intentionally blocked on the classic version.
For movement or navigating short distances, consider the view holes version—but use carefully.
