This is the Confused Cat at Dinner Meme Set.

 

If you don’t have an AMS, simply set a pause at layer 8 and swap to white filament manually. 
This model is very light on your printer and will print in under 1 hour  with just >8 grams of filament.

I recommend eSun PLA-Lite White, as it brings out the details really nicely.
