This is a compact, accurate 3D-printed Pocket Hole Jig designed for fast joinery on plywood, hardwood, and dimensional lumber. It prints support-free and includes an optional press-fit metal bushing upgrade to dramatically increase drill-hole life and accuracy.

 

Durability Upgrade:
If you want professional longevity, you can install a press-fit copper coupling (¼” size) directly into the drill guide. These fittings are available at Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, or any online hardware supplier. The copper insert protects the print from heat and friction, giving you a smooth, wear-resistant drill channel that won’t oval out over time.
