I used all PLA for this Model.

No AMS needed. 6 separate plates so all colors are separately printed chose any color you like. assembly is simple just push the pins into the holes.  note the hand pins should be inserted round end into the arm first, then the cuff, and then the hand. then force it all tight together. also, I use the point of a knife to clean out the end of the arm hole.
 you should not need any glue.
The eye brows can be hard to hold on to😊, There is a left and right, the rounded end goes toward the nose/ center.
This has a lot of parts hopefully it prints for you as it does for me. 
-On plate 3 Turn on painted Brim 
-On plate 5 turn on support.
Otherwise no support needed.
