Page Lifter of the Bridge of Sighs

This is a page lifter for a Bible-size ring binder planner.
The front side (the one with the artwork) is 0.6 mm thick, and the back cover side (the one without the artwork) is 0.4 mm thick.
The back cover side is 0.4 mm because it’s intended to include a phone number in case the planner is lost, but if that feature is unnecessary, 0.2 mm should be sufficient.
There is placeholder text on the back cover side for entering a phone number. Please edit or delete it as needed.
