This is a two-part print designed for durability and comfort. The rigid internal core ensures it maintains its shape under pressure, while the TPU outer sleeve provides the necessary grip and comfortable pressure points for myofascial release.

Walls: 2 - 3
Infill: at least 25% (gyroid)
Layer Height: 0.20 - 0.28 mm (I have used 0.24mm)
Print Time: around 30min
TPU
Walls: 2
Infil: 5% to 25% - depends on your firmnes preferences (use gyroid or honeycomb)
Layer Height: 0.20mm
Print Time: around 2h and 30min (TPU should be printed slowly - check your speeds!)
