Hi everyone!

 

This little stand uses just your multimeter to clamp and hold batteries for you to measure them properly. If you measure a voltage above or equal to 1.3V, it's good.

No moving parts, no clips — simply place the battery in the holder, touch the contacts with your probes, and read the voltage.

 

Key Features:
• Works with AA + AAA
• Holds the battery firmly for accurate readings
• Uses only about 10 g filament
• Prints fast and requires no supports
• Designed for standard multimeter probe tips

 

If you don't have a multimeter with a battery test function (usually marked with a 1.5V or 9V sign), you'll need to put a 10 Ohm resistor between the test probes, as shown in the picture below.

 

 

The reason for this resistor is to measure the battery under load, because empty batteries can still show 1.5V of voltage when measured without a load.
