🧲 Magnet used

• Diameter: 6 mm
• Thickness: 2 mm

🎨 Filaments used (eSUN PLA+)

• Brown
• Light brown
• Black
• Yellow
• Red

🔧 Adapt the model if your magnet is not the same size

Here's a simple tutorial to modify the magnet's housing in Bambu Studio:

✂️ 1. Measure your magnet
Measure its diameter and thickness with calipers.
Example: 8 mm × 2 mm.

➕ 2. Add 0.15 mm to the diameter
This provides a little play for a perfect fit.
Example: 8 mm → 8.15 mm.

🟢 3. Create a cylinder in Bambu Studio
Add → Primitive → Cylinder
Enter your adjusted diameter (e.g., 8.15 mm)
Enter the thickness (e.g., 2 mm)

🔄 4. Position the cylinder in the correct location

🧰 5. Perform a Boolean operation
Select the model
Select the cylinder
Boolean Operation → Subtract
✔️ This removes material and creates a perfectly fitting hole.

🧲 6. Print and insert your magnet
You can add a drop of glue if needed.
