Airbrush Spray Booth V2

Boost MeThank you to anyone that found my model useful enough to give me a boost :)

Complete redesign from scratch of my original paint booth to reduce the amount of part and make assembly easier.

Compare  to the original that have nearly 50 different piece the new design as 15 different piece.

 

The dimension is 370mmx370mmx330mm (Height and width can be extended by 185mm see “extender” folder in the STL list)

 

For assembly you will need:

• 2 High 120mm high static pressure pc fan. (I used Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 3000 PWM fan that I solder to a generic 12v power supply)
• 1 Generic airbrush booth filter cut to size.
• 8 35mm 4M screw and nut
• Cyanoacrylate glue (For easier storage not all the part need to be glued together) I recommend gluing at least the Back bottom part as they hold the fan and gluing some of the connector. (see picture in documentation bellow)

Update 2026-02-01:

STL are now available to expend the booth in both width and height. (see folder)

STL file added for an additional fan when using width extender. (see folder)

 

Print one of each part except the large connector (15) small and  medium connector (1)

If you have tolerance issue with the connector they can easily be resize in the slicer as needed.

The “optional Fan Grill” part have been integrated in the final bottom back part and is not required. I have included it in case someone need it.

The back panel part have tab that will need to be remove. These tab are here to help with the bridging of the connector slot:

For the fan assembly I suggest to insert the nut into the “bottom back panel” and put tape over them to secure them until the screw are inserted.
