Face plates for pi 3B+ 4B+ w/POE, 5 w/POE+NVME

i wanted all the ethernet ports to be at the top, so i tweaked the plates until they fit each of my needs
3b+ no hat, 4b+ POE hat, pi5 POE w/NVME hat, Pi0w for Bjorn.
