Santa Sphere (Multipart, no AMS)

The Santa Sphere

 

This is my little contribution to the upcoming christmas holiday season. I made this little sphere shaped santa as a decorative item.

You can choose between two version. One is designed to be a standing on a table or shelf and the other one works great hanging off a tree or something else.

 

It's about 13cm in height and approximates roughly the size of a usual christmas tree ball.

It's designed as a multi part color print with no need for an AMS.

 

For the assembly a decent plastic glue is needed.

Assembly

Step A: (Parts Overview)

 

Step B: Place the eyes into the sockets. As they are pretty small it's easier to use a tweezer. Test the side and orientation before you use a glue

 

Step C: Attach the face to the Body. You will need a bit of gentle force to make it snap into place. No glue is needed for that step. Once it's sitting in the body it will be hard to remove it again. So do your paint job (if needed) beforehand.

 

 

Step D: Attach the white disc of the hat

 

 

Step E: Attach the rest of the hat and the little ball on top of it. That's it already :)
