AMS-HT side mount for H2 AMS flipper

This is the AMS-HT side mount for my H2 simple AMS Flipper.
With it you can add an AMS-HT to either side of your printer. 

I designed this side AMS-HT mount to easily add an AMS-HT to my H2 AMS Flipper without having to rebuild everything.

Features of the design:

• Easily mount AMS HT to your H2S/D/C 
• no supports, easy to print
• works without any additional hardware
• designed to work together with the H2 AMS Flipper
• the AMS-HT mount can be attached of either side, but it will block any exhaust cover if used. 
   

Assembly instructions:

1. loosen the two screws at back of the AMS Flipper bracket. 
2. tilt the rear AMS Flipper bracket up. and press the spool mount onto it. 
3. tilt the rea AMS Flipper bracket down and tighten the two screws. 
4. Optionally you can use two BT3x12 screws to secure the AMS HT to the side mount bracket, by screwing them in from the bottom into the AMS-HT.

 

 

Print recommendation:
All parts are designed to print without supports and fit on a single 320x320 build plate. 
I printed the brackets in Bambu Lab ABS, and scaled it to 100.5% to accommodate for any shrinkage (3MF of that print included). 
I do recommend to use ABS, as the AMS_HT can get hot enough to soften PETG. 
DO NOT USE PLA FOR THE AMS HT MOUNT.
