Giant Christmas Candy Cane

The Giant Candy Cane model is a fun way to print one of the most iconic Christmas candies.

 

To ensure that every user can print the model, there is the option to use the AMS or do the swapping manually by pausing the print and swapping the colour (the print profile labeled NON-AMS already has the pauses)

 

Glue/Silicone Support Option:

Use Silicone or Superglue adhesive to attach the part together; this is the most economical option.

 

Carbon Fiber Rod Support Option:

While still tested with limited success, the model contains an approximately (varies depending on PLA expansion at the printing angle) 7.75mm shaft through the middle, which can be used to lock in the parts without using glue. The rod dimensions required are 7.5 x 500mm, and can be bought from any online retailer (I used Aliexpress).
