DIN-Rail Case for Sipeed NanoKVM Lite (fits standard SSR DIN Rail Mount)

This is a compact two-part case designed specifically for the Sipeed NanoKVM Lite, mounted on a standard SSR DIN rail bracket. The goal was to create a small, robust and practical enclosure that can be installed in control cabinets or setups where space is limited.

Design Highlights

• Two-part print
  • Main case
  • Small support cover (not latched on purpose)
    The cover is held securely in place only when the case is mounted onto the SSR bracket using four M4×6 or M4×8 countersunk screws (TX20).
    When the case is removed from the bracket, the cover lifts off easily for quick access.
• Tight, precise cable clearance
  The housing leaves just enough room for all connectors.
  HDMI clearance is intentionally minimal to keep the case compact.
• Cooling support
  The heatsink of the Sipeed NanoKVM Lite protrudes slightly through the top opening to ensure effective passive cooling.
• Access to SD card and buttons
  • A side cut-out allows the SD card to be removed quickly.
  • Two small holes align with the device’s buttons; they can be pressed using a paperclip.
• Solid fit
  The NanoKVM Lite sits firmly in the enclosure and cannot shift when mounted.
