BlockBites – Gingerbread Man

Meet the BlockBites Gingerbread Man — a cute, festive, brick-inspired character designed with a fun twist: he has a bitten-off head for that playful Christmas cookie vibe! Perfect for decorating, gifting, or adding to your growing BlockBites collection.

 

This model follows the signature BlockBites design style:
✔ clean blocky geometry
✔ minimal pieces for easy assembly
✔ fast print time
✔ optional ornament loop for hanging
✔ designed to match the scale of all other BlockBites figures

 

Comes in two variants:

🍪 Ornament Version (with hanging loop)
🍪 Display Version (no loop, clean top)

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

Layer Height: 0.16–0.20 mm

Nozzle:

• 0.4 mm (standard)
• 0.2 mm if you want sharper grooves or details

Infill: 10–15%

 

🎨 Multi-Colour Printing (No AMS Needed)

This model is separated into simple parts so you can:
✔ Print body in brown
✔ Print icing details in white
✔ Print buttons in your preferred colours

(AMS users can simply assign colours in slicer)

 

🛠 Assembly

Most pieces press-fit together, but depending on your printer, filament, or slicer tuning, a tiny amount of super glue may help secure certain parts.

 

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Avoid twisting or over-flexing pieces during assembly — small tabs and joints can snap if forced.

 

Designed with tolerances optimised for Bambu printers and Bambu PLA.
Tolerances may vary with other printers or filament types, resulting in slightly looser or tighter fits.

Ornament loop can be reinforced with 2–3 perimeters.
