I have decided to create a new shelf for my Philips Hue Play, so I took my previous model, threw it in garbage and created new and better model. 

 

VESA standard 200 mm 

For my 55" Samsung TV I have used M8x16 screws (9 mm hole).

I can recommend using 3D printed screws from @Koolm's parametric screw generator.

If you need smaller screws, just use washers - in my experience, the necessary screws wont be smaller than M6. 

If you need bigger screws, use negative cylinder in Slicer.

NOTE: Be sure not to use too long screws.

Or, you can use metal screws based on your requirements. 

 

As for filament, I do not recommend PLA (if it needs to be PLA, then PLA+ at least, just dont use PLA Matte, trust me).

I have printed with PETG, no extra settings, no supports.
