This model is an automatic rice washer that uses natural water pressure to clean the grains efficiently, eliminating the need for manual scrubbing. Its internal structure features a channel system that harnesses the upward flow created by water pressure, loosening starch, dust, and small impurities from the rice.


 

The washing chamber includes small, carefully designed slits that allow water to circulate freely while preventing rice grains from getting stuck or clogging the system. These fine openings ensure a smooth, continuous flow and help expel debris without blocking the water path.


 

To use it, simply place the rice inside the perforated chamber, turn on the faucet, and let the water pressure do the work. Water enters from the bottom, moves through the main conduit, and pushes impurities upward and out, creating a continuous and effective cleaning cycle.

  • Food-safe PLA ✓ (easy to print)
  • PETG ✓ (better durability and water resistance)

 


 

Settings:

 

  • Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for finer detail in the slits)
  • Walls/Perimeters: 3–4
  • Infill: 20–30% (rectilinear or gyroid)
  • Supports: Not required unless your version includes long bridges or internal overhangs
  • Top/Bottom layers: 4–5
  • Nozzle temperature:

     

    • PLA: 200–210 °C
    • PETG: 235–245 °C

     

  • Bed temperature:

     

    • PLA: 55–60 °C
    • PETG: 70–80 °C

     

  • Print speed: 45–60 mm/s
  • Cooling fan:

     

    • PLA: 100%
    • PETG: 30–50%

     

 


 

Final recommendation:

For frequent use with water, PETG is the ideal choice due to its moisture resistance. For easier printing and cleaner surface quality, food-safe PLA also works well.
