Short grabber (print in place)

Profile is PETG but it should also print fine with PLA.

Just add a small rubber band per the picture (there's a small hook on the handle and the shaft) so the handle retracts.

If the the arms are a little stiff after printing just gently work them back and forth to loosen them.
