Inspired by the concept of thermoforming, I expanded the shapes you can use to decorate your holiday tree. These baubles include several improvements compared to the original star design. No glue is required, and the assembly is completed with a nut and a small connector in just two simple movements 🧩.

 

Component parts:

• Bauble mold
• Bauble nut and connector
• Bauble sheet right side
• Bauble sheet left side

Suggestions for printing:

• Use PLA for bauble sheet
• Recommended to use ABS  or PETG as material for mold
• If you use PLA for mold, it's recommended to increase infill up to 100%, to increase resistance to deformation due thermoforming process
