🎄 Standing Elf on the Shelf Legs - Two Versions (Belted & Plain) 🎅
LEGS DO NOT MOVE!!!!! That is a GIF!!! : )
Note: This listing contains two separate STL files. You can print one or both, and they are designed for multi-color printing (like with a Bambu Lab AMS) or can be printed singularly in one color and painted. I also added a profile with the parts broken up, which you can open and add color to! Here are some of my other Elf works:

Model Description in Extreme Detail
These 3D-printable "legs" or pants are a unique and functional accessory designed to enhance your traditional Elf on the Shelf plush toy. The core idea is to give the classic, floppy plush toy the ability to stand upright and be posed in more dynamic and visible positions around the house.
Design Specifications:
Functionality: The interior of the legs is hollowed out and sized to snugly accommodate the soft, flexible legs of the standard Elf on the Shelf plush toy. The plush legs are designed to be slid into the 3D-printed structure, effectively replacing the plush legs with a rigid, stable base.
Stability: The bottom of the feet features a flat surface to maximize contact with any flat surface (like shelves, tables, mantels), ensuring the Elf can stand unaided.
Aesthetics:
Pants Section: Designed to mimic the iconic red pants of the Elf on the Shelf, including realistic folds and creases for a more natural look.
Boot/Shoe Section (Green/Dark): The feet transition into detailed shoes, replicating the dark/green boots typically associated with a Christmas elf. A decorative cuff, reminiscent of a sock or trim, separates the pants and the shoe.

About the Elf on the Shelf Tradition
The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition is a beloved phenomenon that has captured the hearts of families worldwide since its official publication in 2005.
Origin: The concept was created by Carol Aebersold and her daughter, Chanda Bell, inspired by their family tradition of a "scout elf" who visits their home every Christmas season.
How it Works: Santa's scout elves travel from the North Pole to people's homes to monitor behavior and report back to Santa Claus each night. Before sunrise, the elf returns to the home, but lands in a new and different location.
The Rule: Children are not allowed to touch the elf, or it will lose its magic.
This 3D-printed accessory respects and enhances the tradition by allowing the scout elf to be posed standing on more precarious or creative spots, offering new, exciting ways for the elf to appear each morning!

Notes
Nozzle Diameter
0.4mm (Standard)
For detail and speed.
Layer Height
0.16mm - 0.20mm
A balance of detail for the creases/belt and print time.
Infill
15% - 20% Gyroid or Grid
Sufficient for stability without wasting filament.
Supports
Minimal (if any)
Model is designed to be largely self-supporting. Check for small overhangs under the pant cuff or feet. Use tree supports if necessary.
Bed Adhesion
Brim Recommended
The feet offer a small footprint; a Brim (5mm width, 0.1mm gap) or Skirt will help prevent corner lift.

PLA Basic (Red, Green, Black/Gold)
Easy to print and durable enough for this use.
