Remixed KingMo5h's 3KG spool adapter for the LTS Respooler.
Changes I made;
- Uses a M8 x 180mm bolt for the axle.
- Leftside frame has recess to lock M8 bolt.
- Rightside frame has 12mm bore for spacer.
- Increased diameters on both frames around the axle.
- leftside frame and KingMo5h's spindle hub can now act as a friction device.
- Provided vernier adjustment nut for axle bolt.
- Provided standard spool cone adapter nuts.
- Provide both normal 3KG and compact 1KG height frames.
Useage instructions;
- Sand smooth; both the Leftside frame and KingMo5h's spindle hub where they contact each other.
- Lubricate the contact area with silicone grease.
- While respooling, rotate the vernier adjustment nut slowly. At the begining the filament coming off the top spool will be vibration rapidly, slowly apply tension until the filament stops vibrating.
