Mounting Point Adapters – B-RAIL System

NEW: Added new M5 NUTS configuration for all the versions!

These adapters lets you use your existing bottle cage (or any accessory designed for standard bottle-cage mounting points) and make it fully detachable using the B-Rail system. The double version was designed with the intention of mounting two bottle cages side-by-side. The multi-mount version allow multiple positions and height.  

There are now two configurations:

A. with M5 threaded inserts (heat-set inserts) . I recommend installing them inside the part to maximize strength.

B with M5 nuts. Nuts must have a oustide dimension of maximum 8.2mm and a maximum height of 5mm. I recommend gluing them inside with a bit of crazy glue..

Make sure the screws you use do not extend more than 7.5 mm past the accessory you’re mounting. If they are too long, they may poke through and prevent the adapter from sliding properly into the B-Rail.
