Decathlon Vioo Clip anti-snag blanking plug

I’ve already snagged on it twice, which almost caused an accident, so I created this file. Safe cycling! 🙂
Not every bike owner with Vioo Clip-style grips will need this Vioo Clip anti-snag blanking plug — only those who have at least two of the following traits:
(1) a city-/Dutch-style handlebar and upright riding position,
(2) a bit of extra weight,
(3) occasionally turning the handlebar close to 90 degrees at red lights while not keeping either hand on the bars.
