Paper Coffee Drink Cup

This model is based on a real coffee cup, so the overall dimensions and proportions are very close to the real thing. I only made small tweaks where needed to optimize it for 3D printing and durability. The design is intentionally a bit chunky, giving you the option to scale it down if you want a slimmer look.

All parts are separate and designed to snap together—no glue, no hardware, and no supports required. Everything is 100% 3D printable. The sleeve prints flat and face-down on the bed, then wraps around the cup and hooks to itself for a clean, realistic finish.

This design also lends itself well to creative scaling. In addition to uniform scaling, consider non-uniform scaling to change the overall personality of the cup—make it short and stubby, tall and skinny, or anything in between while keeping the same general look and function.

There are multiple customization options built in. You can add your own logo or design to the sleeve, or to the center insert of the lid. For an alternate use, consider leaving out the lid’s center insert—this turns the cup into a unique display or gift box, allowing items to pop up out of the cup while still maintaining the overall coffee-cup appearance.
