Description
Keep your Oral-B IO toothbrushes and brush heads safe and secure! This station is designed for one to two people.
This charging station allows you to safely charge your Oral-B IO Series 7-9 toothbrushes on the charging base or store up to two toothbrushes in the adjacent tray without charging them. The underside of both trays features an optional area for attaching a 5 mm magnet, allowing the toothbrushes to be held magnetically, just like on the charging base.
The ring on top securely holds the toothbrush in place and prevents it from tipping over. You can choose between three models (with or without O-rings or with End cap only → no holder on top). The O-ring on top protects the toothbrush from scratches and, thanks to its rubber coating, feels comfortable when inserting and removing it. If you do not need the top ring, simply print the third print plate (End Cap without holder).
In addition to the two trays, each user has the option of attaching two brush heads to the tray (a total of four brush heads).
For cable management, there's a hidden channel on the back, or you can route the cable out the back, as with the Series 10 and its IO Sense. -> Please test with a Series 10. I only have a Series 9 without IO Sense. It should most likely fit, though. I'd be very grateful for any feedback!

Assembly:
The set is printed in two parts (body and top with O-ring / top without O-ring) and then simply needs to be pressed together using the model's snap-fit system. If it's loose (depending on the material), a little superglue can be applied to the stud holes.
For the model with O-rings, simply insert the three O-rings into the recess on the upper ring. No glue or other materials are needed! Each ring takes only a few seconds to install.

O-ring model:
For the O-ring model, three O-rings with a thickness (SD) of 3.5 mm and an inner diameter (ID) of 31.5 mm / outer diameter (OD) of 38.5 mm are required.
Standard model without O-ring:
Nothing is needed except the printed models.

Printing recommendation:
It is recommended to print the models in PLA or, even better, PETG.
Use the designer's print profiles to ensure the best fit.
