TPU glass door seals for P1S/X1C possibly others

Just some quick TPU door seals I made for my Bambu P1S.  I found these really help with preventing drafts that lead to warping when printing with ABS, (I originally sealed the doors with duct tape, and it really helped, but its ugly.)   It also helps contain the ABS fumes within the printer, where the charcoal filter can filter them out (I use the Voxel PLA X-Filter HEPA13 filter linked in the BOM below, but not really necessary for the door seals, but it does help reduce ABS fumes and VOCs) rather than them permeating out around the glass… I smell no ABS fumes when printing with ABS now that these are in place.

Keep in mind, depending on your printer door clearances, you may not be able to fit the entire set…. For my P1S, I found the best option was the top edge, and the hinge edge… this way, the door still closes completely with the seals in place, and the gap on the opening side, and the bottom just isn't large enough for there to be a problem there, so I only use 2 of the 4   You can cut them down with your angle cutter pliers if need be to get around the hinges

They're flexible enough out of TPU that you can start the edge, and work it into place along the full length… yes, there will still be small gaps at the very top and bottom where the hinges are, but they're not large enough to cause issues like the full length gap does.

This was something that has worked very well for me… I'm now able to more reliably print ABS, and polycarbonate in the unheated chamber thanks to the reduction in drafts coming from the printer door….   Yes, you CAN open the printer door with these in place, but it does limit the range of motion that it will open…. I expect softer TPU might solve that problem, but I just used 95A and it works fine…. Since its TPU, there's no risk of it breaking the glass, (DO NOT USE TPU FOR AMS, ITS WAY TOO HARD) worst case if you open the door too far, the seal will come off, and you just have to pop it back on.
