H2S top surface issues test (7gr)

This is a section of a part the continuously lead to issues with the top surface quality on my H2S while it printed fine on my P1S.
After replacing everything on my tool head I am out of options, so I am trying to figure out if this is an issue specific to my printer (and a few others), or if the H2S just does have generally worse top layer quality and can not print this part reliably. 

If you could print this part (7gr of filament) and post your results here that would be very helpful. 
The parts is designed to be printed with 3 walls, and with the function “only one wall on top layer” turned off.
