Design Clock - Sunburst

This clock is designed for anyone who appreciates a calm, modern, and subtly unique aesthetic. The clean radial segments give it an elegant geometric structure without appearing playful, making it a discreet yet eye-catching piece for any wall. Its simple color scheme allows it to blend seamlessly with a wide range of interior styles—whether minimalist, Scandinavian, industrial, or just clean and uncluttered.

Some notes to keep in mind:

• Its prints super easy  but removing the support from the screwhole is a bit fiddly. I recommend small pliers 
  • this is solved in the uppdated profile (recommended)
• NO AMS needed!
• The wood-like structure on the fingers, as seen on the second picture was just a test. It's plain in the final version as seen on the other pictures.

 

Coming soon:

• Fully seperated version with changeable 12 part-clock-faces (in example for rainbow colors or orangefruit look)
• Updated base for easier assembly to hold the clock component in its place using two 3d printed springs:
  • Changed that idea for clips - read change-log below.

Change-log:

• Added a refined printprofile

• new profile has a little chamber whithin the base for a cleaner wall (layertime-problem)

• also added two little clips and a guide in the base to keepo the clock component in place - example below

  • Don't reorientate them in the slicer - the need to be printed flat to be strong 

     

      

• remodeled the screw hole to be able to remove the support in the new version - now 0 supports on base
