Description
This 3D print shows the legendary Baba Yaga in a classic, creepy pose.
The old witch stands hunched on a detailed round base, leaning on a gnarled staff while her other hand reaches deep into a tall bucket / mortar.
The face is highly detailed: deep wrinkles, long hooked nose, sharp cheekbones and a grim expression give the figure tons of character. The headscarf hangs over her hair in torn strips, and the long robe is frayed at the hem and sleeves, with lots of folds and fabric texture. The base itself features additional details like roots and ground structure.
The bucket is hollow and can be used as a small container for candy, dice, brushes or LEDs – perfect as Halloween decoration or for any fantasy shelf.
The photos show the model once with tree supports and once fully cleaned. After removing the supports only minimal cleanup is needed – all the folds and texture hide small artifacts very well and make this an excellent painting and dry-brushing project.
💡 Tip:
Printed in a dark, slightly glossy filament (e.g. metallic blue, gray or black), Baba Yaga looks like a small resin statue. A bit of dry brushing in light gray or bone white brings out wrinkles, seams and the wood texture of the staff beautifully.
For the bucket, use an LED tealight or LEDs – no open flame, as the model is made from plastic.
