How to Add Text in Bambu Studio:
- Open the STL in Bambu Studio.
- Select the model and use the "Text" tool (usually found on the top menu bar).
- Click on the surface of the bone where you want the text to appear.
- Enter your desired text (e.g., "REX" or a phone number).
- Set the depth of the text to a negative value (e.g., -0.6mm) for an engraved look or a positive value (e.g., 0.6mm) for a raised look (like the one pictured).
- Once the text is applied, you can use the Color Paint tool in the Plate view to assign the text to a different filament (e.g., white) and the main tag to another color (e.g., brown) for a perfect dual-color print.
Filament Recommendation: PLA is generally fine, but for durability and resistance to playful wear-and-tear, consider a more robust material like PETG or PLA Tough.
