Improved Ratchet Toothpaste Tube Squeezer V2

I've made a few modifications to my first toothpaste squeezer remix based on users feedback and this is what i came up with.

      - Taller and more sturdier body to fit a wider variety of toothpaste tubes

      - Better handle with a lot more grip

      - Tighter tolerances

 

I've added a looser fit nut in case the normal one is too tight.
