Description
I've made a top spacer that fits over the Arc Enclosure for the Bambu Lab P1P.
The goal is to leave the PTFE reverse bowden free of the cable chain and provide a good base to set the AMS on top without printing the regular spacers, appart from keeping the printer fully enclosed.
If you have access to a big printer (400+), just print the “Top Raiser Full”.
If not, print the 4 separate parts, use a piece of filament (shown blue in the pictures) to align them and glue it together. Since I printed it out of ASA, just had to drop a bit of acetone to glue everything.
It uses the same top panel found in Arc Enclosure.
BOM: (including the ones printed for the Arc Enclosure)
Spacer (either full or 4 smaller parts)
4 top cover clip v2 (shown red in the pictures)
10 top cover clip back v2 (shown green in the pictures)
1 top cover clip big v3 (shown yellow in the pictures and already printed for Arc. Move it to the spacer)
18 M3x6mm or M3x8mm
18 heat M3xOD5L6 brass inserts (you can use the sames as for Arc; Just made the holes deeper to fit bigger inserts).
Replace the 4 “top cover clip v2” on the sides of the printer enclosure with 4 “top cover clip back v2”. Move the 4 removed “top cover clip v2” to the top of the raiser (shown red in the pictures)
