Mason jar cap cleaning - Storz and Bickel - Mighty

I imported the STLs into Bambu Studio, and added supports.

I had success using “Optimal” .16mm settings on my P1S, and I used ABS for strength/longevity.

I highly recommend printing with supports.

This works for Storz & Bickel capsules and also works for the Planet of the Vapes (POTV) capsules that fit the Lobo, One, etc."

There are 2 size variants for different Mason jars in the same print profile: Standard and Wide Mouth. Choose your poison!

The jar may be fully closed with the cleaning tool in place.

The supports break off quite easily in ABS, but a little bit of post processing is recommended.

See my pics - I used a small, flat needle file (from a $6 AliExpress kit) to smooth-out where the supports were.

It took me about 2 minutes of filing to clean each lid up.
