Description
I really wanted to create a version of the spinning dice I've seen on the Riftbound regional qualifier Houston and China streams, so here it is! + and - and 1-4 might. These dice are big and chunky, about the width of a card, and would look great on webcam games or streams. These go great with my streaming tokens here (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2104418-riftbound-keyword-tokens-as-seen-on-stream-ams)
The default profle includes a plate with one dice and one with eight. These are printed at 0.2mm with 3 wall loops and 30% gyroid infill to increase the weight.
These dice require a lot of filament changes, and although a smaller layer height would make them look better, it requires even more filament changes so keep that in mind. I'd recommend printing as many as you can in one go to reduce filament costs. These would be perfect for dual extruder printers.
I have createdmine using a single 5mmx2mm neodynium magnet in each side (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09H2W3TQZ?th=1) - make sure to put them in with the correct polarity and with a dab of superglue they'll hold fine. I've included the original Fusion360 file which is set up to allow the parameters for the magnet cutout and depth to be changed if you want to use other sizes, although I couldn't get the model to retain the numbers using the Makerworld parametric model.
