I designed another pill box key chain.

It holds 1 larger or 2-3 smaller pills and attaches to your key. The hole for the key ring is 3mm in diameter, so should fit most standard rings.

The prints in the picture are in white PETG, feels pretty sturdy with that. Prints without supports!
