Bring classical grandeur and a roar of elegance to your space with this intricately sculpted architectural shelf.
This Lion Corbel is a statement piece designed to capture the opulent feel of classical stonemasonry. It features a stoic lion's face surrounded by an incredibly detailed, flowing mane that cascades down the architectural support. The flat top with classical molding serves as a functional shelf, perfect for displaying small, prized possessions or standing alone as impressive wall art.
This model is defined by its High-Relief Sculpting and Classical Architectural Style. The deep, swirling recesses of the mane create dramatic shadows and highlights, giving the piece significant visual weight and texture. The top features traditional cornice molding, making it a perfect blend of organic form and structured design. It is designed to be mounted securely to the wall to serve as a functional corbel shelf.
The focus of this design is on capturing the complex geometry of the flowing hair and the rigid architectural details. As seen fresh off the Bambu A1 build plate, printing in a matte white PLA+/Pro filament yields a stunning result that mimics the look of carved plaster or unfinished marble right out of the printer. The deep details provide an excellent canvas for post-processing techniques.
Based on the print orientation shown in the image, this model is designed to be printed flat on its back to maximize the detail on the face and mane.
