Bring a piece of nature into your aquarium with this meticulously designed rock formation.
This model was created to mimic the look of natural, layered sedimentary stone. It features complex textures, crevices for moss to grow into, and a striking central archway that adds significant depth to your tank layout. The arch also serves as an excellent hiding spot or swim-through passage for smaller fish like tetras, rasboras, and bettas.
While designed as an aquarium hardscape centerpiece, this model is versatile enough to be used in terrariums for reptiles or as rugged terrain for miniature wargaming.
- Realistic Texture: Deep, layered rock detail that looks fantastic under aquarium lighting.

- Aquascape Ready: Blends perfectly with live plants and dark substrate (as seen in the photos).
- Versatile Size: Stands approximately 12cm tall 15 cm wide and 9 cm deep fits nano tanks up to larger setups.
⚙️ Print Settings & Recommendations:
- Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG are recommended.
- Note: Most standard PLA and PETG are considered aquarium safe once fully cured, but always ensure you use filaments without harmful additives.
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm yields good results and captures the rock texture well.
- Infill: 5% - 15% (Gyroid or Grid).
- Tip: You need enough infill for the model to have some weight, but it may still float initially. You can either adhere it to a piece of slate, bury the base in substrate, or design a small hole in the bottom in your slicer to fill it with sand.
- Supports: The model is designed to be printed with tree support. However, depending on your printer's cooling and bridging capabilities, it might work without.
- Nozzle: Standard 0.4mm nozzle works great.
