Boost MeIf you like my project, press BOOST Me.
This 3D‑printed doorstop lets you release the door simply by stepping on it, so you can operate the door hands‑free without bending down.
The doorstop consists of two parts: the main wedge rests freely on the floor and can rotate to match the angle of the door, while a separate central disc keeps the whole system securely in place.
For safe installation, first place the main wedge on the floor in the desired position, then insert the central disc into the opening and screw it to the floor – the wedge is captured under the screw head but can still rotate freely.
Printing is recommended in a durable material such as PETG with higher infill to withstand repeated stepping.
