This is a complete Front Fork Cap Wrench Set designed specifically for modern dirt bike and motorcycle suspension service. The set includes cap wrenches for KYB 48mm, WP 48mm, and Showa 49mm front forks.

All cap wrenches are included in the main file, each on its own plate for easy printing. I’ve also uploaded each cap wrench individually if you only need a specific size.

These tools are built for real shop use. Each wrench is designed with 7 walls for maximum strength and durability, and I’ve personally been using these exact prints daily for over a year on suspension rebuilds with zero issues. They’re strong and reliable. If a cap is tighter than this tool can handle, something is wrong!

 

I normally sell this printed kit online, but I wanted to share the files to help out fellow moto riders and suspension nerds who have access to a 3D printer!

 

Print Notes:

• Material: PETG recommended
• Print slow for best layer adhesion
• No supports required
• I've not tried these in PLA but you can give it a shot if you change the filament settings
