Spiral wrap (8,5x250mm) 

Best to be printed in petg or other strong filament. I guess PLA will also work fine.

It's an easy print, printed in just over an hour and only 6.85 grams/2,24 meters of filament is needed.

I designed it in a way that the spiral is connected with small interconnections.

This gives it the needed stability while printing. Also use a brim while printing (this is already in the print profile)

After printing bend and flex the spiral wrap carefully to break the interconnections and you're done.
